Ugly. For a long time I thought that was the worst thing someone could call you. Ugly. That is how they saw you, and it didn’t matter if they meant ugly on the inside or ugly on the outside. Ugly things are not wanted and they are not friends or lovers. I don’t quite understand why some people have this idea that fat and ugly are synonymous. I have seen so many beautiful women in my life that are as different in body as they are in mind. These women who are brave and compassionate, soft spoken and fierce lovers of life-they are to be celebrated.
